In this course we will meet once a week to make a different Animal Crossing character themed paper art craft. I will provide step by step instructions to make each project. As we craft, students will also be able to freely discuss all things Animal Crossing with other kids who love the game too! All skill levels are welcome to join and the supplies needed are minimal. Students will be able to suggest characters they would like to create in future classes.I will provide PDF templates for each activity. Students will have the opportunity to show their creations to the class if they choose to!


My class setting is a relaxed, fun, open space for all students to be able to discuss and express their thoughts about what we are learning. I encourage student interaction with not only myself but with their fellow classmates. Everyone is expected to be respectful, positive and listen to one another but also feel like they have the ability to share their own thoughts and opinions. I believe learning should be fun and try to provide a space for that to happen.

As a neurodivergent teacher myself, I incorporate different learning styles (visual, hands-on etc.) to make sure everyone is included & is able to find learning styles that work best for them. I strive to find a balance that includes everyone!
