Learn about the fastest crustacean on Earth, the Ghost Crab. Students will learn about the ghost crab, its habitat, physical and behavioral adaptations, life cycle, and food source. This is a cross-curriculum lesson (that includes science and language arts) during which students will read, watch videos, engage with the text and respond in writing while creating their own science journal. Each student will receive their own interactive digital journal. Teaching style: Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout the session. This lesson is specifically designed for engagement, creativity, inquiry, and curiosity. All learning styles are welcome. No prior experience is required.
