Students will learn the legal theory behind civil law. Students will learn how to read prompts or listen to scenarios and perform "issue-spotting". Students will learn how to apply the rules they learned for each tort and analyze whether the plaintiff will win the case in the different scenarios.
I have six years experience working as a paralegal at various law firms and have real-world experience working with lawyers and clients. I am also a law school student that excelled in the topic of Torts, earning a 4.3 in Torts I and a 4.0 in Torts II.
