In this course, students will be given guided practice problems to evaluate and graph linear functions. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Strategies such as using substitution to find answers will be demonstrated as needed. Students should have a basic understanding of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, as well as graphing points on a coordinate plane, before attending this class. Please schedule sessions carefully, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded.
