Students will learn how to diagram:
- interjections
- nouns of direct address
- questions
- implied "you"
- passive verbs
- adverb, adjective, and noun clauses
- verbals

Students will learn how to enhance their academic and creative writing through knowledge of sentence types and structure. 

I am a licensed English teacher for students in grades 5-12. I have taught sentence diagramming in person and online. It is wonderful to see the progress students make through these exercises! I spent 4 years in a public school classroom, and I have over 2 years of online teaching experience.

詳細: Students will complete short writing assignments in between each class. These will each be about a paragraph long. These assignments should not take much more than 30 minutes. Students should send me these assignments before we meet for our next class session.
Assessment

詳細: Learners will be assessed through class practice and discussion. Students will also be assessed on their use of techniques through their writing assignments. 

Students must have prior experience with sentence diagramming in order to succeed in this course. If your student has completed my Beginner Sentence Diagramming course, they are ready for this one.
