This class is for people who are lucky enough to have an ADHD brain!!!  

We will meet each week to shortly to share personal celebrations, and through the use of guided questions we will attempt to gain personal insight into each students interests.  The goal is to understand the "why" behind the answer. ADHD brains have an interests based nervous system, and thinking about your own thinking allows for discovery of interests which hopefully brings more joy through understanding.
