ADHDソーシャルクラブ

This class is for people who are lucky enough to have an ADHD brain!!!  We will meet each week to shortly to share personal celebrations, and through the use of guided questions we will attempt to gain personal insight into each students interests.  The goal is to understand the "why" behind the answer. ADHD brains have an interests based nervous system, and thinking about your own thinking allows for discovery of interests which hopefully brings more joy through understanding. 

Some examples of topics that might come up throughout the discussion include
 
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Benefits of ADHD
-Friendships
- Emotions
- Goal setting
- Time management
- Self care
- Building an ADHD toolbox

Each class is definitely unique, and I can never say for sure where the conversation will lead.

Finally learning about ADHD, and sharing experiences with other like minded brains can be a powerful tool to help create a spark in students.
