Hello,

I’m Mr. John!

I will help your learner by facilitating Mathematics lessons on Khan Academy, which are available for them to keep practicing on their own at home for free between sessions, too!

The first meeting will be a diagnostic assessment that will help me determine your learner's proximal zone of development. We will cover any areas that your learner needs to help fill any gaps in their learning. Just let me know what areas they need more support in and I will customize the program to their needs.

I will teach by going through the lessons with them and providing a gradual release of responsibility with new skills that they are learning.

I'll also use many of the awesome features available in Zoom to keep the lessons engaging and fun.

money
time
and more!

I'm using Zearn (www.zearn.com) to give students additional practice and another way to explore their learning! With parental permission, I'll create a Zearn account for your learner that I can assign to the best level for them.

Parents can sign up their learners for a Khan Academy Account for free with my help!
