Beginner レベル向け
A fun filled workout that is 21 minutes long with a warm up and stretches during cool down. No equipment needed! I will enthusiastically lead the learner through a series of exercises inspired by the farm animals they will meet. My guest helper will assist with introducing the learner to the animals and showing different ways to perform exercises. We provide modifications for the exercises so the learner can choose what will be best for them. The workout will be pre-recorded in 3 parts and ready to view when your learner is ready for an exciting workout to get their heart pumping! I can easily be reached for any questions or assistance by sending me a message. The learner will learn exercises, stretches, and cool animal facts. This is a good P.E. workout for younger learners and beginners.

I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor through NASM & AFAA. I bring over 20 years of experience in fitness, health, and wellness. I am a retired Ballet dancer with almost 15 years of experience dancing and using related nutrition and fitness. I also went through training for firefighting for 2 years. I was an amateur boxer for 3 years. I'm a homeschool parent and teacher, too!
