This 6th Grade Math Full Course is designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for students of all abilities, including those with ADHD, Dyslexia, and ASD. Aligned with Common Core standards, this class covers essential math topics such as ratios, fractions, decimals, geometry, statistics, and introductory algebra. Through a blend of interactive lessons, real-world problem-solving, and personalized instruction, students will gain the confidence and skills they need to succeed in math. This course is intentionally structured to support a wide range of learning styles and abilities while ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for all students.  

What will be taught?
  Students will explore key 6th-grade math concepts, including:  
  - Ratios, proportions, and percentages  
  - Operations with fractions and decimals  
  - Positive and negative integers  
  - Geometry concepts such as area, volume, and surface area  
  - Data analysis, probability, and statistics  
  - Introduction to algebraic expressions and equations  

How is the class structured?
  The course is organized into weekly modules, with each week focusing on a specific topic. We will meet live, twice a week for an entire school year. Each module includes a mix of:  
  - Live lessons (interactive lectures with visuals and real-world examples)  
  - Collaborative group activities to encourage teamwork and peer learning  
  - Practice sessions using platforms like Zearn, CK-12, and MobyMax  
  - Games and challenges using Gimkit, Kahoot, and Flocabulary to reinforce concepts and make learning fun  
  - Homework assignments for additional practice  

How are the lessons taught?  
  Lessons are taught using a multisensory approach to make the content engaging and accessible for all learners. Instructional methods include:  
  - Slides and visual aids for clear explanations  
  - Video clips and animations to illustrate complex ideas  
  - Guided practice with step-by-step problem-solving  
  - Interactive tools and platforms for hands-on learning  
  - Gamified review sessions to build excitement, interest and retention

  Students will have frequent opportunities to interact with both their teachers and peers throughout each class. Interaction will include:

  - Weekly feedback on progress and areas for growth
