This class is ideal for students who want to hone and/or review their core 5th grade skills. In the class, students do not meet for live classes, but rather work at their own pace, mastering these 5th grade skills, over the course of 8 weeks! In this fun and engaging class, I will present written lessons each week on the classroom wall, augmented by uploaded video lessons and youtube links, as well as projects and weekly homework. I always encourage any and all feedback and questions from my students! Moreover, students are encouraged to post their work and word problems on the classroom wall, to encourage other students in a highly collaborative fashion! Hello, my name is Ms. Cassy, and I am a teacher here in sunny Arizona.
I LOVE to teach, and I have been lucky enough to be a lead teacher for over 15 years, and I love to make learning fun and very interactive. I hold a BA in Psychology from Ohio University, and also attended NYU.
On a personal note, I live in sunny Arizona, and I am a local charter school first grade teacher.
