This individual tutoring session is designed to support learners with completing and mastering their math problems.

We all learn differently, and the instructional approach needs to be altered for each individual student’s learning style. That's exactly the reason why one-to-one is often the best call for parents who want effective classes for their children.

 Your student will bring homework/school work problems ranging from number theory, properties of operations, algebra, linear equations, systems of linear equations, geometry, perimeter, area, or volume, Pythagorean theorem, radicals, factoring, finance literacy,  etc. and we will work on them.

 I will provide guided practice and encourage independent practice. I will share my whiteboard and we will write on the screen, or they can share their screen with the homework questions on it, and then we will write on the screen by using the annotate tool on Zoom.
 If homework is completed before the session is finished, I will check and reinforce student's understanding with additional similar problems that I will provide. 

IMPORTANT! I expect complete focus and attention from the student. If you expect that I will solve their homework problems, without their participation (mic on, camera on, discussing answers and strategies) I'm sorry but maybe I'm not the right teacher for you.
