This course introduces students to grammar in an in-depth and organized fashion. Students typically have been taught the "Parts of Speech" and lack true understanding of the relationships between grammatical concepts in their own writing. In-class feedback is my preferred method of assessment in comparison to grades; however, if parent prefers, I am more than happy to supply a grade using either the A,B,C,D, F or Standard-based grading of 4,3,2,1 scales. Please request this at onset of the course! Learners do take 5 exams that are completed at home. These are "graded" and students receive individualized feedback.
