We will warm up with a "Ho Ho Ho breath" and reflect on a painted winter scene for our meditation. Then we will greet the sun of our winter scene for a sun salutation sequence. 

Next, we dance to, "This Little Light of Mine." We let it snow after the song with some cotton balls and then make our own snowman on our mat. Finally, we learn 12 poses for the song, "The 12 days of Christmas."

We end class with a wintertime peaceful garden, a cup of virtual hot chocolate, and "the gift of listening" closing circle.

I encourage children to bring their favorite stuffed animal. I will have Olaf (snowman from Frozen) with me throughout class and will give tips on how to balance with their friend.

Wear your favorite Christmas pajamas, Christmas colors, or what you feel most comfortable in! 

Children will also receive a coloring sheet.
