Learners will choose the topics that we will cover in class. Learners can choose topics from Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, etc. These can be topics that they would like to learn more about or topics they may be struggling with. The teacher will identify road blocks in the learner's comprehension of the topic at hand, and break problems down into manageable pieces individualized to the learner. It is required that the learner or parent informs the teacher of the topic of choice as far in advance as possible. Please also share any specifics about the learner's experience with the topic. For example, if this is a topic the learner is beginning to explore individually or if it is a topic the learner is struggling with in another class. This will allow the teacher to gather additional resources that will be used during class. **Note** I also offer 25- and 85-minute versions of this class.
