🌈 This class is open to all learners. It is a really good course for ADHD, neurodiverse, or any learners on the spectrum. I really enjoy creating personalized lessons for each and every learner.

Learners will be able to build confidence and self-esteem by developing a growth mindset.

🟢 3. Goal Setting: What are some of the goals that need to be completed this week?

🔵 4. Sharing: Learners will share something special they have going on in their life.

🟣 5. Activity: Students will complete a fun activity, game, drawing, etc. that correlates to the growth mindset strategies.

🔸 Week 1: Building Confidence and Assertiveness: self-confidence and assertiveness skills to express thoughts, opinions, and needs in a respectful manner.

🔹 Week 2: Growth Mindset: by adopting a growth mindset, learners can unlock their potential, overcome self-imposed limitations, and approach life's challenges with a proactive and optimistic attitude.

🔸 Week 3: Making New Friends and Keeping Them: techniques for making new friends, building rapport, and maintaining healthy relationships.

🔹 Week 4: Goal Setting Strategies: learning powerful techniques for clarifying your objectives, motivating yourself, and creating a roadmap for achieving your aspirations.

🔸 Week 5: Conflict Resolution: strategies for resolving conflicts, handling disagreements, and negotiating compromises.
