In this class, your child will improve reading and comprehension skills. The learner will read passages and answer questions. The student will practice decoding skills. The classes will be based on the needs of the student. Each class will focus on specific skills and the additional classes will continue practicing these skills and add new reading skills.

Phonemic Awareness
Phonics
CVC and CVCe words
Short and long vowel sounds
Blends and digraphs
Comprehension skills
Fluency
Other topics based on the student's needs

You may request other days and times for this class. Multiple days per week are also available. 

I am a certified early childhood and elementary education teacher. I am also a certified reading specialist. I have been a teacher for over 16 years. 

Please note that I follow Outschool's limited refund policy for this class. Learners will be encouraged to read outside of class.  No material will be provided outside of class time.
