In these private one-on-one recorder lessons, my unwavering commitment is to help you gain confidence in your recorder playing! The recorder is a delightful instrument, but it can pose challenges for those looking to master the fundamentals necessary for taking your playing to the next level. Throughout these lessons, I will be your dedicated guide, providing personalized instruction tailored to your unique needs and musical aspirations. As you progress, you'll experience rapid improvement in your technique, tone quality, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty of music.

🎶 Class Structure:
These are 30 minute, ongoing private 1:1 recorder lessons. You will receive personalized guidance and instruction based on your needs and musical goals. 

🍏 How I Will Teach:
My teaching approach revolves around your child's unique requirements and musical goals. During your first lesson, we'll discuss your child's musical background including any prior musical experience they may have. From there a plan will be developed for subsequent lessons. Regardless of your child's learning preferences, I'll take my time to understand their needs so I can develop a plan to serve them best.

As a teacher, I have often been described as "passionate", "caring" and "tech-savvy" by parents, students and administrators. While I enjoy creating structured lesson plans, I tend to embrace organic learning moments as they arise.

No prior musical or playing experience is required for these lessons and beginners are warmly welcomed. If you have prior experience, I'll build upon your existing knowledge to help you reach new heights in your recorder-playing journey.
