I help students learn Math Skills & Concepts. You can give me a concept and an assignment that you need help with, and I will reteach it, and simplify it, so your child understands it. Or if you have a broad topic that your child needs work on, I can create a personalized lesson, tailored to meet your child’s needs. I can provide assignments or activities for your child to complete with me. (Some examples are basic facts, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, place...
I am happy to create activities for you or we can complete assignments that you provide that your child needs to complete. You may provide me with a few concepts your child is struggling with, or I can quickly assess your child, and create lesson plans tailored to meet their needs. I am here to help:)
I am a kind and compassionate tutor with 20 years experience. I love working one-on-one with students and getting to be a part of their growth and success! My goal for my students is academic success and building self confidence too.
I will try to accommodate your schedule. Just give me the times you are available and I will be happy to schedule a session for you. If you need Reading or Grammar/Writing Tutoring, I do those subjects as well.
At the end of class we may play a review game on one of the following- Blooket https://www.blooket.com/play Gimkit https://www.gimkit.com/join Kahoot https://kahoot.it/ Students will be provided a game code for each game. They are not required to sign up or login, unless they choose to.
