1:1 個別読書指導: オートン・ギリンガム アプローチ (20 分)

After assessing your child's phonics (reading and spelling) skills, I will create a customized plan based on your child's needs. Using the Orton-Gillingham approach and materials, your child will receive explicit phonics instruction that are based on the science of reading. This tutoring is great for students who need to review phonics skills, need extra practice, have learning disabilities, or who have dyslexia. This 20 minute session is great for learners in Preschool, Pre-K or Kindergarten.

Sample Class Structure: 
1. Letter Sound Warm up
2. Letter Writing practice
3. Reading Words - practice segmenting and blending letters based on words your child is studying.
4. Introduce new phonics skill/rule
5. Dictation Practice - practice spelling words with the phonics skill/rule
6. Learn new sight word/high frequency
7. Read decodable book - practice reading words with the spelling pattern and answering comprehension questions
8. Game

Note: Depending on the number of tutoring sessions per week the components of the lesson will be spread across the week. I recommend at least 2 sessions a week.
