Use active recall to help you ace your classes. This is an interactive class will support your student to reaching his or her goals in whatever subject they are studying. We will look into learning styles and who you are as a learner.

-	Find your strengths and learning style. Who are you as a learner?
-	Time management and organizing skills for improved learning.
-	Positive self-talk and growth mindset. Visualize and shape your inner self-talk.
-	Learn how to study for tests and minimize test anxiety
-	Balance studying with healthy eating, sleep and exercise.
