Description

Group Experience

The student will improve on coping with stress, learn helpful yoga poses and flows, the anatomy of the poses and their benefits, and the student will learn to communicate feelings with others in an open and safe environment.
I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher, soon to be Ayurveda specialist, and I am insured through BeYogi to teach yoga. 
View and create posts any time, at your own pace..
Due to this being an exercise based class their is the possibility of injury. Students are advice to bring water find adequate space about the size of their yoga mat and to listen to their body when it comes to certain poses. Sequences will be made so that students will not have to stretch or warm up before the exercise. Students are asked to bring a yoga mat or towel. It's also suggested to have yoga blocks and straps but not required.
