What's included
Group experience
Join us in Mr Langley's Minecraft 101 where you will have the ability to communicate with other like-minded students from around the world in this new and energising group! As the teacher, it is my duty (Mr Langley) to make sure everyone is kind to each other. I will always be there to reply to anyone who tags me in a post. I will do weekly posts and engage with all of my student's content. I might ask a thought provoking question or invite you to share your work. Topics in this group will include and are not limited to: + Build projects Example: "This is my home, it is made of.." + Tips and tricks Example: "This is how you do you the water clutch!" + Voting Example: "Do we need a new trading store?." + Discussing upcoming Minecraft events Example: "It's nearly Halloween, we need to make the town look spooky!" + And more! Assignments might be set due to the current events within Minecraft, on a weekly basis that may include: + Finishing build projects, uploading a set of photos and showing the group their hard work! + Gathering resources for a future build project and letting the group know what was needed to complete the tasks. + Helping set up new plans to help make our Minecraft worlds a better place to live. + And more! This is THE place for engaged Minecraft activity. We are sure if you are as passionate at Minecraft as we are, we will see some great things from you. See you there!
Learning Goals
My learning goals for this group is to help students become better communicators, problem solvers, builders and team players. Throughout each week, I aim to make my students flourish in their self-esteem by guiding them on their journey of the group through content generated media including writing, photography and video.

Guidelines
Welcome to our Group! All of our students should feel at ease, connected, and secure. That is why we ask you to follow three rules: Be Kind, Be Safe, and Be Respectful.
Help all learners feel welcome and included by being kind.
Our Group includes students from all over the world, representing a variety of origins, colours, ethnicities, abilities, gender identities and faith. Always be pleasant and let others, especially new students, know that they are welcome. Anyone in our community being teased, called names, or bullied will not be tolerated.
Keep your personal information to yourself and never ask other students for theirs.
Personal matters are private. We want to keep you safe on Outschool, but we also want you to know how to stay safe while you're meeting new people. Keep your entire name, home address, gaming or social media handles, email address, and school name confidential.
Respect others by treating them the way you want to be treated.
Keep your language professional and the information you give private. Don't say or share anything here that you wouldn't say or share with your grandmother. There are no swear words, filthy films, or violent imagery allowed. Treat Outschool as if it were a public space.
