Group experience

This group is all about spreading kindness! Each week I will post a kindness prompt. The challenge is for you to come up with a way to spread kindness in connection with this prompt. You get to choose who you target with your kindness and how to make it happen! Then you post about what you did and how it impacted others! You can post photos, write a summary, draw a picture... It's up to you how you share your story! I also encourage you to connect with others in our group by interacting and supporting their efforts to spread kindness!

As the moderator I will post at least one challenge each week. The challenge is your kindness task! Go out and do this act of kindness. Take note of how this simple act impacts the recipent of the kindess, as well as, how it impacts you and those around you. I want you to reflect on change - ask yourself what changed due to my act of kindess? I also want you to reflect on your feelings and the recipent's feelings in connection with this act of kindess. Finally, you will post in our Outschool group about what you did, how it felt, and the change or ripple effect that this act of kindess created. Our group will definately be creating powerful change in our world!

Sample challenges:
*help someone clean up without being asked
*leave a thank you note for the mail carrier
*compliment and thank the cashier when you check out at the store
*take a treat or snack to the local fire department with a thank you note
*smile at 20 people today

Learning Goals

The goal of this class is to create the desire to exhibit kindness. By maintaining a focus on kindness, we create a ripple effect that will undoubtedly create a climate of happiness!
