I have a biology background and am a homeschool mom to 3 kids that are 11, 12, and 13. I have taught children in various settings beyond homeschool (preschool, coop, and private tutoring) and have led many types children's groups, for example, summer camp, reading times, craft clubs, and my current ongoing girl's group, The Awesome Blossoms.

I will be posting challenges and recipes that will require using tools and even the oven. Please know that I will make these learner appropriate, however, with the different ages and levels of learners, it is impossible to know everyone's skill level. Please be advised that parental assistance might be required for certain challenges. Parents note, this group is not centered on those with allergies. Many things can be modified but food allergies is not the premise of this group, and recipes might contain common allergy triggers (wheat, dairy, and so on).
Learning and Fun can go hand in hand!
