France - Crepe Challenge!
Foods of the World - A Social Culinary Group (13-17) is a community of learners that come together on Outschool to share what they’re learning, ask questions, participate in challenges, and get feedback on their projects
My crepes were good and I made some whipped cream for them too

I love France and Paris. I can't wait to visit there and try all the food. We make crepes alot but my favorite thing on them is just strawberries and honey!

We bought caramel sauce for ours. I can't wait to make them again.

Description
Group Experience
This group is for those learners that want to learn about the world, enjoy cooking and/or baking, and want to make new friends. We will use food to learn about places on the globe, share our ideas with each other, post recipes, and encourage each other to have fun and learn along the way. Food will be a big focus of the group but as we dive into a global location, we will learn a bit more about the region through cultural immersion. For this club, we will focus on a monthly location, and...
I have a biology background and am a homeschool mom to 3 kids that are 11, 12, and 13. I have taught children in various settings beyond homeschool (preschool, coop, and private tutoring) and have led many types children's groups, for example, summer camp, reading times, craft clubs, and my current ongoing girl's group, The Awesome Blossoms.
Welcome to our Group! I want all of our learners to feel comfortable, connected, and safe. That's why I have 3 rules I ask you to follow: Be Kind, Be Safe, and Be Respectful. Be Kind - Help all learners feel welcome and included. Teasing, name calling, or bullying anybody in our community? Nope. Not happening here Be Safe - Keep your personal information private and never ask other learners for theirs. Keep your full name, home address, email, and school name private. Be Respectful - Treat others how you want to be treated. Keep language clean. If you wouldn't say it or share with your grandma, don't do it here. Also, please make sure to be covered up in videos and pictures... pj's are fine, but clothes are required! This is a group, not a live class. Learners are here to do things on their own schedule, some may do all the challenges and comment on everything, while others might do the challenges but never comment, and some might do a bit of both... all is ok. Just be yourself and have some fun. Comment and encourage others in the group. Lastly, you are more than welcome to post your own challenge, but please only start a new thread if it is an actual challenge. This will help us keep the group tidy and easy to navigate and new members will know that all post are challenges to try! If you have any questions, please let me know!
