Students will learn to identify the parts of a chicken egg, the number of days it takes for an embryo to develop and hatch successfully into a chick, and how to candle an egg. Slides will be shown to look at both, embryo development and the parts of an egg. Students will participate in a group discussion and be hands on with an egg in front of them.
