Rich or poor, if you had lived in ancient Egypt, 3000 plus years ago, you would have most likely eaten the same breakfast for most of your life - just as royalty did. As. for marriage., girls were ready for marriage around age 12 while boys who had turned 15 were picking out a bride. These are just some of the facts we'll learn in this class about daily life for "middle-class" teens in ancient Egypt.

Lesson 1: Your Ancient Egyptian Home and Family

Lesson 2: Your Food, Clothing and Appearance

Lesson 3: Learning, Chores and Work

Lesson 4: Friends, Fun and Relationships

Please see the 💥 SYLLABUS 💥 for class details.

HOW I TEACH

- Classes with only four students.
- Dramatic Keynote (PowerPoint) presentation
with illustrations, maps and photos of ancient
   artwork.
- Animated lecture and discussion.
- The showing of genuine antiquities from my
   collection.
- The playing of a short video related to the
   subject.

I interact a lot with learners, encouraging kids to share their opinions, ideas, mistakes and triumphs. I love it when kids laugh. After the class, I message parents/caretakers to tell them how their student did, and I include extra files for their interest.

CLASS PRICE includes (in addition to the scheduled class):

1. Welcome message to both the student and enroller.
2. Quiz (actually, a learning tool) as a pre-lesson activity.
3. Personalized, post-class message to the student and enroller, detailing how the learner did in class and any recommendations.
4. Availability to answer students' questions (by message) after class.

💥 For more scheduled classes, please
