In these tutoring sessions, students can request help in any part of the writing process that they are currently struggling with. As a longtime English Language Arts teacher, I specialize in and have a particular passion for helping young people become more confident writers. Possible focus areas include, but are not limited to: -Topic Sentences -Outlining/Brainstorming -Effective thesis statements -Argument writing -Literary analysis -Narrative writing -Personal statements/college application essays And more! Sessions will include lots of individual instruction, guided practice, and feedback tailored to the specific needs of the student.
