In this engaging summer-themed "Would You Rather" class, students will have fun interacting with each other while playing a lively game. This conversational class is designed to enhance social skills, meet new friends, and develop public speaking abilities as students explain their reasoning and navigate differing opinions. I, Miss Ivon, will guide the conversations, ask questions, and encourage students to share their thoughts with peers. My "Would You Rather" classes offer a relaxed and positive environment for socializing and learning. Students will unknowingly improve their conversational skills while having a blast! Class Structure: 1. Introduction: I'll introduce myself and get to know the students. 2. Explanation: I'll explain the game "Would You Rather" and how it's played. 3. Gameplay: I'll present selected "Would You Rather" questions using slides with engaging pictures. Students will take turns sharing their answers and explaining their choices. 4. Extended Play: If time permits, students can ask me their own "Would You Rather" questions, and I'll have additional questions ready to keep the fun going. 5. Conclusion: We'll wrap up with goodbyes and look forward to the next class! Teaching Style: As an enthusiastic and energetic teacher, I aim to create a safe and welcoming classroom environment where even shy students feel comfortable sharing their ideas. I encourage open engagement, ensuring respect and kindness among students. Good behavior is applauded, and participation is always appreciated. Every student will have the opportunity to share their answers and reasoning after each question. In my Outschool classes, learning is never boring but always FUN!
