Your friends, your grades, your looks.  The soccer game, the piano recital .  Tests.  Slumber parties.  Overnight camp.   Every girl worries about something, and a little bit of worry isn’t a bad thing.  But sometimes, if you don’t know what to do with it, worry gets in your way, adding stress to your life and taking away the fun.  This class will help you put worry in its place.  With tips and techniques to tame your fears, you will be on your way to feeling more calm and confident, and being the girl you’re meant to be !
This is an interactive class.  The students will be encouraged to participate on each of the topics , ask questions, and share comments, but it’s not mandatory.  There will also be some written activities to reinforce what’s being learned in class.  I strive to provide a fun, friendly and comfortable setting. 
No previous knowledge related to these topics required.

-10 ways to cut the stress
