What to Expect: Story time Adventure: We will begin our class with a captivating story, "What Shall We Do with an Angry Monster?" This tale follows a friendly monster who learns how to handle big feelings of anger. Through the story and video clips, children will see that it's okay to feel angry and discover ways to help the monster (and themselves) calm down. Calming Techniques: After the story, we will explore a variety of calming techniques to help manage anger and other strong emotions....

No experience is necessary for learners to join this class.
Learners will need: - paper and drawing tools and any stickers googly eyes to make a "monster"; - space to move around; - playdough or a toy to squeeze; - a musical instrument (plastic tab/metal tin, etc).
