Fundamentos del violín: ¡Iníciate con tu violín! - Clase grupal para hermanos

This course consists of 8 lessons total. I will demonstrate all the skills taught on my own violin and the student will be able to demonstrate what they are learning on their violin, as well as ask questions. Thus, the one-on-one classes will require the student’s camera and microphone to be on. We will cover taking care of, tuning, and setting up the violin and bow to play. Healthy posture and good violin and bow hand positions will be explained and strengthened. Games and finger exercises to support proper hand position will be taught. We will work on producing a clear, melodious tone and practice accurate finger placement for good tuning. With these foundations, a first piece will be taught. There will be multiple song options for the student to choose from. The process of learning this piece will solidify the technical foundations and allow for the student to learn how to tell a musical story through dynamics, phrasing, and more.
