In this class, students will continue their studies from part 1 of this class. Every week there will be a video lecture with information about that week's subject. We will start with an overall view of the different body systems, learn a bit about how veterinarians can see inside their patients, learn about what parasites animals can get and why each is bad news and all about cat reproduction. Each week, the students will have a short assignment to complete for the following week on Flipgrid. Each student is expected to comment on at least one other student's work. I am a very laid back teacher who enjoys learning and loves it when students really get involved in a class. Students will interact through Flipgrid and can also message within the Outschool classroom. Students should have taken Part 1 of this class as a prerequisite. Weekly overview: Week 1: General overview of body systems (nervous system, etc). Week 2: Ultrasounds, Radiographs, MRIs...Oh My! Week 3: Common animal parasites Week 4: Cat reproduction...how it happens from inception to weaning
