My expertise lies in the Social Sciences, so I am excited to teach Social Studies related courses. I hold a BA and an MPhil in Sociology and currently pursuing a graduate degree in Education. I enjoy learning and teaching about countries, and the elements of their cultures. In this class, lessons do not go in depth into specific details about tribes and their practices.
An optional worksheet is provided for students to use as we go through the lesson.
Blooket or Gimkit is used to review the lesson at the end of each class if we have some more time. Students do not require an account to be able to participate in the game. A link is sent into the chat box for them to join in the game. Sometimes, I utilize Youtube videos during class via screen share. YouTube links posted in the classroom for further studies are all embedded. Learners do not need to click on any external links.
