- Students will be able to describe the key events leading up to, during, and following the Titanic disaster.
- Analyze the factors that led to the sinking of the Titanic, including design flaws, human error, and environmental conditions.
- Examine the social structure on the Titanic, including the class distinctions among passengers and crew.
- Explore personal stories of passengers and crew to understand the human impact of the disaster.
- Analyze the decisions made by the Titanic’s crew and their implications.
I have over twenty years of experience working with and teaching students. I have a bachelor's degree in both History and Economics. My master's degree is in Higher Education. I also have a Juris Doctorate degree in Law. Most importantly, I have a passion for teaching, history in particular!
