This is an ongoing social studies class, geared toward the third grade learner. This course will follow the logical sequence of a 3rd grade social studies curriculum, however, students will work on a single topic each week making it easy to join or leave as caregivers see fit. Learners should come to class each week with a notebook dedicated to "Third Grade Social Studies" which is brought to each class. They should always come prepared with a sharpened pencil and eraser. Additional supplies will be discussed or suggested for classes where hands-on exploration may be appropriate. Coloring utensils are always a welcome addition to their supply list as we try to make our notes colorful and eye catching!
