Welcome to our self-paced 3rd Grade Math class, designed to align with core standards through four interactive units. Each unit encompasses 1-3 sub-standards, delivered through detailed pre-recorded video lessons featuring engaging slide shows and voice-over modeling. Students will receive a vocabulary sheet and note-taking space to enhance their learning experience while watching. After each lesson, they'll complete practice worksheets that can be submitted for personalized feedback, alongside graded quizzes for self-assessment. My curriculum covers essential topics such as operations and algebraic thinking, including array models and skip counting; number operations in base ten with area models; fraction equivalency; and the geometry of quadrilaterals. I will provide detailed feedback and additional support as needed, including recommendations for 1-1 tutoring if required. By following the "I do, we do, you do" instructional model, students will have the opportunity to learn independently while still receiving guidance and support in their mathematical journey.
