El Equipo de Autoestima: ¡Haz amigos y construye tu autoestima!

Hello and Welcome! 

In this 4-week course, I look forward to us making friends and learning self-esteem skills together! Join me as we come together to talk, have fun and learn about being confident.  Throughout this course, we will talk, listen, play games that I've created for this group, role-play, and develop a positive self-image. 

Self-Esteem Skills we will cover: 
Week 1: What is Self-Esteem? Getting to Know Yourself—Learners will learn what self-esteem is.  They will also identify their strengths, weaknesses, and set goals to achieve
Week 2: Think Positive Thoughts--Learners will learn the power of positive thinking and using affirmations
Week 3: Speak UP--Learners will learn what an I-Message is and practice using them as well as positive self-talk
Week 4: Self-Esteem Game--Playing a game I've created, learners will review what has been taught throughout the course.  


All of my classes are led with empathy, kindness, patience, and understanding. I will lead this class in the same manner.  We will interact with each other throughout the class so that I have a clear understanding of what your learner is learning and to determine what further teaching is needed. It will be lots of fun!
