Format:  8-week course, 2x per week 45 mins per session is recommended for optimal engagement and reinforcement.

 In this supportive and realistic course, learners will build essential executive functioning skills through interactive discussions, creative tools, and real-world practice. Designed with neurodivergent and 2e learners in mind, students will explore time management, emotional regulation, prioritization, flexible thinking, and memory strategies—all with the understanding that organizing your mind is an ongoing journey, not a perfect outcome. Each week introduces a new focus and includes printable tools, self-reflection strategies, and peer interaction.

We’ll incorporate movement, calming background noise, and visual-friendly formats like isolated ideas on clear pages. Learners will also explore the power of doing tasks alongside a supportive buddy or using 'doubling' techniques (working in focused pairs or checking in with a friend to increase motivation and accountability). Learners will be invited to experiment with background music, dance breaks, and multiple types of planners—mirroring the real strategies that help many neurodivergent thinkers stay organized and engaged.

Hi, I’m Tiffany !—a neurodivergent educator and mom to an amazing neurodivergent child. Executive functioning isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I live, every single day.

With years of both formal training and deep informal learning in neurodiversity, giftedness, and executive functioning, I’ve come to understand that no two brains work the same way—and that’s a beautiful thing. I’ve spent years studying strategies, but I’ve also spent years testing them in the real world, in my home, and in my mind.

I use movement, music, visual tools, planning systems (yes, sometimes more than one!), and a whole lot of compassion to help myself and my child stay on track. But I’ll be honest—some days are smoother than others. That’s why in this course, we celebrate progress over perfection.

If your learner needs a space where their brain is welcomed, their growth is supported, and their differences are honored, I can’t wait to meet them.
