El Nido de la Naturaleza - Club de Fotografía para Principiantes

In this ongoing club, we will explore and introduce the world of photography. Each class will highlight a different style of photography while exploring tools and techniques. We will each take a turn sharing a photo that we have captured. Any camera works for this class. You can use film, digital SLR, a phone, etc. 

Each class will start with a new photography style or topic. The students will see examples of this style, too, or topic and while being able to discuss it and ask questions. Afterwards we will share our own photographs and encourage each other while setting goals for the next club meeting.

We will follow this rhythm each month, building on what we have already learned and incorporating new tools and lessons as children join in. 
Week 1  - Light
Week 2 - Color
Week 3 - Contrast
Week 4 - Composition 
Week 5 - People
Week 6 - Animals

This club is perfect for a child who is just starting to show interest in photography. We will approach the art in a gentle and encouraging way that is rich in social and emotional learning and skills.
