In this Strange History class, we delve into the life, history, and legacy of the trailblazing Amelia Earhart. She was a rebel, a visionary, and a fighter who worked hard for every moment in the sky she received- but even with all of that- her most enduring legacy is her mysterious disappearance. We’re going to look at the facts of her last known whereabouts, then go through some of the most intriguing theories and discuss our thoughts on the unanswered questions surrounding her case, and that of her missing navigator. Could we be the ones to solve the missing persons case of Amelia Earhart?

This class talks about Amelia’s early childhood and some rough moments between her parents, that may be a trigger for some students. We also discuss possibly theories about Amelia’s disappearance, which include plane crashes, kidnapping, and murder.
