This course will teach the skill of read big music, using four chords on the ukulele. G Major C Major A Minor and F Major will be the chords required to be known to learn this song. We will explore the art of reading chords and will practice the variations of chord changes to build chord knowledge. In addition, for students that enjoy singing, we will learn how to sing and play our ukulele to match the Beatles song Let It Be. In conclusion students will learn to read chords and lyrics in time.

I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music, playing guitar for 20 years, learning from the best teachers and professors in the world. As a performer on cruise ships and opening for Ky-mani Marley and Kandace Springs I have the ability to share the experience of professional guitar playing.

Teaching all styles to all ages, in group settings as well as individualized lessons. As a music educator I make it easy to understand and learn. As for the guitar, techniques in simple guitar playing to advanced improvisation in jazz are all topics I will cover. In addition chords, reading music, playing in styles like blues, jazz, funk, rock, reggae, folk, country and many more.
