Cómo decir la hora en un reloj analógico (parte 2) Centrándose en los minutos

In this class students will be focusing on the 5 minutes and 1 minutes in each hour. Students will practice counting by 5's, and then applying that to help them understand on a analog clock each of the numbers are 5 minutes and this is how they can tell what time it is. It is required that students have a toy analog clock they can move the hands on for practice in class, or paper and pencil to practice drawing the hands on a clock. This class is hands on with lots of participation and practice for students help them understand the concepts being taught.  I will provide in the classroom a printout of a blank clock for students to have on hand to practice on in class. If you place this printout of the clock in a plastic sheet protector for paper, and give them a dry erase marker or wipe off marker, they can draw and erase the hands on the clock over and over. We will be practicing this skill in class. Parents please be sure your students has these materials before class starts. It is required that students have taken the previous class What time is it? Part 1 before this class to learn the basics of a analog clock and how it works. If students cannot tell time to the hour, 15 min, 30 min, and 45 min, they will be lost and confused in this class.
