This is a set of 8 self-paced baking classes. All classes are provided with clear instructional videos for a clear understanding of each and every step along the way! All desserts will be bakery showcase ready!

Students will learn how to make and bake 8 different desserts from scratch. These desserts range from cakes and cookies to pies and candies. Students will also learn how to properly bake, stack, frost, and decorate with their own creative style. Plus, students will embrace making pies, cupcakes, donuts and candy! 

Students will learn the importance of proper measurments, kitchen safety, and how to be a responsible baker. Students will also learn proper techniques when using equipment. Everything will be fully demonstrated so students will be able to take their time and bring their creativity to life. Students will want to make these desserts time and time again! In addition, students can take the skills learned and apply them to many other desserts as well. So be creative and have some fun in the amazing world of baking delicious desserts! 

Upon enrollment of each class, you will recieve a list of ingredients and items that are needed for each class so you are well prepared before you begin your next class. These items range from but not limited to: measuring cups, measuring spoons, candy thermometer, cake pans, shape cutters, cake turntable, cake leveler, etc. 

All ingredients can be substituted for your family's needs. Such as dairy free, gluten free and nut allergies.
