Hacer tarjetas de felicitación es un pasatiempo genial y siempre es mejor hacerlo con otras personas. En este curso de tres días haremos tres tarjetas diferentes: dos tarjetas de felicitación y una tarjeta de cumpleaños.

This summer camp will be hands on with students cutting paper, drawing, gluing, folding, and making the cards. We’ll make the cards together and chat as we make them, about our summer plans or how our summer has been going or other general topics. After we make the cards we’ll make envelopes that fit the cards exactly. This class is a great opportunity for students to get some social time as well as doing something with arts and crafts.

Students should be able to use scissors safely.

Students should be able to use the scissors well, be able to glue items onto paper, fold paper, and follow directions.

Students should have scissors (and scissors that make special designs if they have them), a glue stick, paper (both white and colored paper), stamps and stamp pads (optional), a pen or pencil, and something to color with (crayons, colored pencils, or markers).
