Creative Canva Camp: Design Birthday Favors, Journals & Planners! In this fun and hands-on 8-day Canva summer camp, young creatives will learn how to design their very own party favors and planning tools! Week 1: We'll start with personalized birthday party designs — kids will create fun chip bags, chocolate bar wrappers, juice box labels, and more! They’ll learn how to add names, colors, and images to make every design unique. Week 2: The creativity continues with journals and planners! Kids will design their own custom covers, weekly pages, to-do lists, and habit trackers — all using Canva’s fun drag-and-drop tools. By the end of camp, students will have a collection of colorful, printable designs they can use or gift — and new digital design skills to keep creating! No experience needed; just need to have a Canva account for your kid and just bring your ideas and imagination!

I have experience teaching kids how to design creative, fun, and practical projects using Canva. I run an Etsy shop where I sell both handmade and digital products, including party favors, journals, and printable planners — many of which I design using Canva. I love helping kids bring their ideas to life through design, and I guide them step by step in a creative, supportive way.
In addition to design, I also teach Arabic to children through engaging, story-based lessons. I create bilingual (Arabic-English) stories, flashcards, and games to make learning the language fun and interactive. With years of experience teaching Arabic and Quran to young learners, I focus on building their speaking and comprehension skills through stories, visuals, and games that capture their interest.
I am originally a pharmacist, and I bring the same attention to detail, patience, and care from my medical background into my teaching. My goal is to make learning a joyful and meaningful experience — whether we’re designing a chip bag or learning a new Arabic word.
