This class is for beginning readers. It will have students entering the wonderful world of OA words. Students will learn that when two vowels are next to each other the first vowel makes a long sound while the second vowel is silent. Students will be able to practice applying the rule through fun reading activities. Each student is given the opportunity to practice each activity individually.

The goal is for each student to leave class with a better understanding of how to read oa vowel team words.
