In this engaging 45-minute class, students will learn essential tools for managing stress, including understanding the difference between good and bad stress. They’ll practice practical techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation to help them stay calm and in control. The class will explore what stress is, why it happens, and how to manage it effectively through practical methods. Students will participate in a fun and interactive format that includes a lecture with slides, role-playing scenarios, a short video clip, and guided practice of relaxation techniques.

This hands-on approach encourages active participation, with opportunities for students to come off mute or use the chat to answer questions, share real-life experiences, and engage in scenario-based discussions. The teaching style is engaging and supportive, ensuring students feel empowered and confident using the tools they learn.
