Experiencia de clase

This series of sessions is tailored to help child to manage stress and anxiety in a healthy, proactive way. They'll learn essential stress management techniques, time management strategies, and how to understand the connection between their mental wellness and mindset.

Through interactive lessons, we’ll also explore social stress and peer pressure, providing tools to handle these challenges with confidence. By the end of the series, your teen will have a solid foundation for managing stress and maintaining a positive mindset to thrive in all areas of life.

NOTE: please note the dates of the model that you are enrolling in - some sessions are once per week for 4 weeks, some are intensives with 4 days back to back (Mon through Thursday of the same week), other are in between with two days per week for 2 weeks.
